As the aluminium systems company, AluK represents the start of the journey for your new windows and doors. At our giant 350,000 sq ft factory in Chepstow, we design and manufacture the thermally insulated aluminium profiles that make up the window and door frames – from our versatile 58BW window system to our S67 sliding door.

We then supply the profiles to a network of carefully selected, independent fabrication companies across the UK and they turn our profiles into bespoke, made to measure products.

And, while some fabricators will also carry out installations, in most cases, the third stage in the journey is installation by a separate independent specialist.

Every stage of the journey requires expertise and precision – and none more so than the installation, which is what will ultimately determine the quality of your buying experience.

From the outset, the best installers will advise on the right window and door style or  configuration to suit your home and your budget, they will ensure compliance with any relevant planning rules and building regs, and offer advice on maintenance and care. They will keep you informed at every stage of the process – from the survey to the installation date and beyond and treat your home with care and respect.

While AluK is independent from our network of fabricators and installers, we work hard to build strong relationships with every company that supplies and fits our products, and we give them as much technical and marketing support as they need.

We have a training academy for customers out our Chepstow HQ and we also have a stunning design studio where all our products are on display for them to visit or invite homeowners to view.
